- Exterior - The hotel is a modern 16 story building with plenty of parking available. The hotel is nicley landsacped throughout.
- General - The hotel has four lighted tennis courts, large heated pool, whirlpool, guest laundry, and lots of meeting and banquet space.
- Lobby - The lobby is large and is decorated in a Caribbean decore with the use of a combination of tiled and hardwood flooring.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of the Downtown Disney Resort area. Just minutes from Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom and within walking distance of the Downtown Disney area nightlife, shopping, dining and entertainment. Orlando's International Airport is approximately 20 minutes by car.
- Restaurant - The Giraffe's Diner located in the lobby features traditional American foods. The Giraffe Tavern serves light snacks and cocktails also off the lobby. Sips is the poolside bar which also serves light lunches and is open seasonally.
- Rooms - The hotel offers large rooms with private sitting areas. The decor is fresh and tropical. The furniture is of light colored polished woods which go well with the peach colored carpeting and floral designed bed spreads. The bathrooms are large and well appointed with many amenities.
