- Exterior - It is a very modern 7 story building surrounded by palm trees and offers lots of car parking.
- General - The hotel is the only all-suite hotel inside the downtown Disney area.The pool is large and sits in a tropical setting. The hotel offers complimentary transportation to Walt Disney Theme Parks and preferred access to five Disney World Golf courses. (0100/1000TG)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size with colorful thematic murals throughout. The marble floors, tan overstuffed chairs, and tropical plants give the lobby a very cool and comfortable feel. A glass elevator travels up through the atrium.
- Location - The hotel is located in the Lake Buena Vista area, 25 minutes by car from Orlando's International Airport. Just minutes by car from Walt Disney's theme parks and Downtown Disney. Also very convenient to all the other Orlando theme parks, shopping malls and Orlando's discount outlet shopping areas.
- Restaurant - Dine at festive Streamers Restaurant or The Poolside Grill.
- Rooms - Large suites decorated in light earth tones that offer separate living and bedroom areas. The living section offers a sofa bed, oversized chair, desk, tv wall unit, and a dining table which is next to the wet bar and refrigerator.
