- Exterior - The resort is an appealing vacation complex comprising pastel-colored low-rise buildings designed to evoke the ambience of turn-of-the-century Key West.
- General - This home away from home resort features four pools, and a complete array of dining and recreational options. (1299/0200:MM)
- Lobby - L shaped lobby is medium size with front desk on the right handside and other desks on the left handside as you enter the lobby. In the main lobby there are few wooden benches for seatting and a small room with a book shelf filled with books, couches and coffee tables is located next to the lobby.
- Location - The resort is located between Epcot, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and downtown Disney area. It is also very close to all other Disney theme parks. Orlando International Airport is 32 km away.
- Restaurant - The resort has a family restaurant and three lounges, all serving American food.
- Rooms - The resort offers rooms and suites with climate control and balcony, 1 and 2 bedroom homes with kitchen, 3-bedroom grand villa and rooms for nonsmokers.
