- Exterior - The villas are modern, and are situated on 170 beautifully landscaped acres.
- General - If your staying for more than a few days these villas are great for they have all the amenities one would find at home. TG07:02
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and nicley decorated in a trocipal flair.
- Location - The villas are located just one mile from the entrance of Walt Disney World's maingate in the Kissimmee area of Orlando. The villas are also convenient to all the other attractions Orlando has to offer.
- Restaurant - The villas have no restaurants on site because they have fully equipped kitchens.
- Rooms - The villas are modern, and include a full-size washer and dryer; fully-equipped kitchens with microwaves, dishwasher and ice maker; whirlpool tubs, 27 inch televisions and leather sleeper sofas.
