- Exterior - The building is modern in design and sits on beautifully landscaped grounds.
- General - The hotel truly offeres great value, and is in great condition.
- Lobby - The lobby is large with very comfortable sitting areas. The floor to ceiling glass that looks onto the hotel's center courtyard pool and expansive sun deck, along with the tropical plants, give the lobby a wonderful ambiance.
- Location - This hotel is located near center in the Kissimmee area of Orlando, just 1 mile from the maingate of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. This hotel is also a short drive to all the other attractions Orlando has to offer such as Sea World, Wet & Wild, and Universal Studios.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a grill restaurant that specializes in American and Caribbean cuisine. This restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a relaxing setting.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and decorated with soft tropical pastel colors. The light wood furniture truly adds to the tropical ambiance of the room. The bathrooms are medium in size, very nicely decorated, and well appointed. The rooms are in great condition.
