- Exterior - The hotel is a modern ten-story high rise that over looks the hotel's large pool area and its tropical landscaped grounds.

- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and has a nice combination of tiled and carpeted flooring. The is a small sitting area that is surrounded by many tropical plaints
- Location - The hotel is located near the center, in the Kissimmee area of Orlando just four miles from the entrance to the Walt Disney's Theme Parks. Also very convenient to this hotel is great shopping, many restaurants, International Drive, Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.
- Restaurant - The hotel serves breakfast and dinner buffets with an American flair. In addition to their ala carte menu, you can choose from a hearty breakfast or dinner buffet. Also enjoy light lunches and evening cocktails in a relaxing atmosphere at the hotel's poolside lounge and café.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and decorated in a very simple but comfortable fashion. The bedspreads have nice floral designs that go well with the solid earth tone colored carpeting. The bathrooms are medium is size and all have the basic tub/shower combination.
