• Exterior - TThe exteriors of the villas are of a modern country style condominium complex design built around beautifully landscaped park-like grounds that are full of trees, plants, and beautiful flowers. There is plenty of parking at the villas for the guests.
• General - The villas offer an extra relaxing atmosphere that includes two climate-controlled swimming pools that feature an interactive children's pool with fountains, whirlpool, lighted tennis and basketball courts, fitness center, children's play ground, video game room, and a 24 hour secure gated staff.1001/1001TG
• Lobby - The lobby house is medium in size and features a very comfortable country like atmosphere that encompasses hardwood floors, ceiling fans and comfortable seating. The lobby area offers the guests an abundance of guest services and information about all that Orlando has to offer.
• Location - The villas are in Kissimmee, which is near the center of all Orlando's major attractions such as all the Walt Disney's Theme Parks, Sea World, Wet & Wild Water Park and Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. It is just minutes from the great shopping malls and many restaurants ranging from causal family style to fine steak & seafood cuisine.
• Restaurant - Due to the villas having fully equipped kitchens there are no restaurants on the premises. However the villas offer a picnic area with BBQ grills and there are many restaurants of all categories in the area.
• Rooms - The villas are large and designed in a tropical Florida country style. The colors throughout are all of soft tones. The one-bedroom villa sleeps up to four guests where as the two-bedroom villa can accommodate up to eight. Each villa has a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and dinnerware. There is a color TV in each bedroom and living room along with a video cassette player. The villas also are equipped with a washer & dryer.
