- Exterior - The hotel is a modern wood and brick building situated on 11.5 acres of nicely landscaped grounds. The hotel is set back from the main road.
- General - The hotel is the perfect place for the economy minded guest. It has an outdoor pool and well maintaned grounds. (1199/0301:TG).
- Lobby - The lobby is small and is very well maintained. There is a sitting room off the lobby where guests can enjoy a continental breakfast.
- Location - The hotel is located in the Kissimmee area of Orlando just 6 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World's theme parks. The hotel is approximately a 20 minute drive from Univeral Studios Islands of Adventure and Orlando's international airport. The restaurants, outlet shopping and other attractions are all within a 20 minute drive of the hotel.
- Restaurant - The hotel does not have a restaurant on-site. However there is a family restaurant within walking distance from the hotel which serves American cuisine and is open 24 hours a day.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and attractively decorated in a contemporary style. All rooms have the amenities and furnishings of an economy class hotel.
