• Exterior - The hotel is a modern muti-story, multi building resort condominuim-styled property. The grounds around the building are all nicely landscaped with tropical plants and palm trees.
• General - The hotel features a nice courtyard with a cabana, gas grills, a heated pool for year-round swimming, fitness center, sports court with basketball, a kids play ground, game room, and guest laundry facitities.
• Lobby - The lobby is large and nicely decorated with a fireplace and a large sitting area being the focal points. Both the weight room and game room are off the lobby. The sitting area overlooks the beautifully landscaped courtyard and pool area.
• Location - The hotel is centrally located in the Kissimmee area of Orlando just minutes from all the Walt Disney World's Theme Parks. All the other attractions Orlando has to offer including great shopping areas, a wide range of restaurants and entertainment are also very convenient to this hotel. The International Airport is approximately 25 minutes by car.
• Restaurant - Although the hotel does not have a restaurant it does serve a daily continental breakfast in the large sitting area just off the lobby. There are many restaurants not far from the hotel.
• Rooms - The rooms are large villa style suites with separate living and sleeping areas. The rooms are decorated in a comfortable contemporary causal style featuring a small dinette table with chairs off the kitchen and a nice sofa with an oversized chair across from the TV in the living area. The bedroom has either one king bed or two queen beds with an additional TV. The access to the large bathroom is through the bedroom. The kitchens are fully equipped with a two burner stove, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and all the utensils.
