- Lobby - The lobby is small and decorated in the tropical Key West motif which utilizes many lush plants and Caribbean art.
- Location - This hotel is located at the entrance of Key West overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and just minutes away from the area attractions. The hotel is 3 kilometres from the beaches, 4.8 kilometers from the historic district, 3.2 kilometers from Key West International Airport and 247.8 kilometers from Miami International Airport.
- Restaurant - The hotel's family style restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open 24 hours a day.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and tastefully decorated with earthtones accented with floral designs. The bathrooms are medium in size and well appointed with amenities.
