- Exterior - The resort is a 10-story modern building that is situated on 7 acres of beautiful tropical landscaped grounds.
- General - The resort is just a leisurely 5-minute stroll or a short trolley ride from beautiful Sand Key Park Beach, one of America? ?est Beaches? (1299/0900:TG)
- Lobby - The lobby is large. Guest enter through glass doors to an immediate tropical setting. There is a central staircase which leads to the hotel's meeting space. Beyond the lobby is the restaurant.
- Location - The resort is located on Sand Key, directly on the Clearwater Bay just across from Clearwater. St. Pete/Clearwater Airport is 12 miles from the resort and Tampa International Airport is 20 miles from the resort. Orlando, with all its attractions, is a 2 hour drive away.
- Restaurant - Guests at the resort have the choice of 5 restaurants and 3 lounges ranging from sophisticated to poolside casual. The resort's grill restaurant offers a beautiful view overlooking Clearwater Bay. It provides the perfect ambience for breakfast and lun
- Rooms - The rooms are all large 1-bedroom suites that offer separate living and sleeping areas. The suites are decorated in bright tropical colourful patterns and the furnshings are light coloured and modern. All suites have private balconies that overlook Clearwater Bay. The bathrooms are large and have cultured marble vanities.
