- Location - The belleview biltmore resort is 28.8km west from tampa international airport and minutes from other local attractions the florida aquarium, tropicana field, tampa stadium, and busch gardens. The resort is situated on 21 acres by the pinellas trail on the highest coastal Bluff in florida and overlooking the intracoastal waterway. The resort is also conveniently located 1.6km south of downtown and minutes from the gulf beaches.
- Restaurant - The hotel offers six restaurants and lounges including the madame ma's Chinese restaurant, terrace cafe and patio serving American food with indoor/outdoor service, cabana club featuring gulf view sunsets, st. Andrew's pub with live entertainment, bay breeze poolside tiki bar and the 19th hole restaurant and lounge.
