- Location - The hotel is located in Grand Junction, so named because this is the spot where the 2 great rivers, the Colorado and the Gunnison, join forces. The hotel is in a convenient location, 1 block south off 1-70 and only 1 mile from the airport. It is ideally located to visit the Colorado National Monument and all the main attractions of the area.
- Restaurant - The hotel has an in house restaurant specialising in fresh healthy food. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner featuring an extensive menu of home style cooking. A special children's colouring menu is available.
- Rooms - The hotel offers spacious clean king and standard rooms as well as suites. Non smoking and wheel-chair accessible rooms are available. The corridors are wide, well lit with a centrally located elevator. Facilities include electronic key system, colour television, complimentary coffee and newspaper. Pets are welcome.
