- General - The Ramada hotel is conveniently located, and although not within the heart of the traditional tourist area, nevertheless offers good value for money and certainly recommended for visitors on a limited budget. - report from brochure -
- Lobby - The hotel lobby reflects the historical authenticity of the building, with marble columns, crystal chandeliers, ornate mouldings and genuine tiffany glass. Guest rooms are functional.
- Location - The Ramada Plaza hotel is a landmark building, having previously served as the temporary city hall for San Francisco. It is located in the area of the new Civic Centre and City Hall and is within walking distance of the opera Plaza and theatres. The city bus and transit stops are located just outside the hotel an easy stroll to union square, with its exclusive shopping and abundant restaurants.
- Restaurant - The Ramada has one restaurant 'Florindas', offering continental cuisine, seafood and pasta, and also the tavern lounge/bar with snacks as well as evening piano music.
- Rooms - The Ramada has 460 rooms, soundproofed with solid wood furnishings, air conditioning and all modern facilities.
