- General - -not visited, report from brochure- the hotel has a workout room with full exercise equipment, including indoor pool sauna, and whirlpool. Tennis, golf and a jogging trail are nearby. This hotel is 20 minutes travel by car from downtown San Francisco.
- Lobby - Upon arrival, a touch of oriental art and colourful flower arrangements greet you as you step into the lobby.
- Location - Located on the San Francisco bay, the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza hotel provides a tranquil setting, despite being just 5 minutes by complimentary shuttle to the airport.
- Restaurant - The 'windows on the bay' restaurant also overlooks the bay, making it an ideal setting for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
- Rooms - Each of the 407 spacious rooms offer spectacular bay or hillside views and there are also non smoking floors.
