- Lobby - Furnished in a Victorian theme, the small but quaint lobby area has an inviting feel.
- Location - Located in the Union Square area, 1 1/2 blocks from the Powell cable car line and 4 blocks from China Town
- Restaurant - The White Horse Restaurant & Pub is a favorite with locals. The dining room is plush with dark wood and velvet curtains. The pub is a replica of an old English pub.
- Rooms - Charming Victorian-theme rooms with floral wallpaper and comfortable furnishings.
