- Exterior - A fairly small modern 14 story buiding with 122 rooms.
- General - Hotel has an outdoor heated pool and spa, complimentary parking for hotel guests, safe deposit boxes, business centre with fax and copy services.
- Lobby - The lobby is small with a number of couches, plants and small coffee tables. Also a small reception area for information check in and check out.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of downtown San Diego. Walking distance from the Convention Centre, Civic Centre, Seaport Village, San Diego Trolley and the Star of India. The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World and numerous beaches are all within a 10 minute drive.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a small bar and grill called the Bayside serving breakfast (6.30am to 11am), lunch (11.30am to 2pm)and dinner (5pm to 8pm). American cuisine.
- Rooms - the newly remodeled guestrooms have a private balcony with view of either San Diego Bay or downtown. Amenities include refrigerator and microwave, in room coffee, hairdryers, Nintendo, HBO, in room movies, the Disney Channel, voice mail, data ports, iron/ironing board
