- Exterior - The Hotel is a traditional Two-store townhouse building.
- General - The hotel is easily accessible to freeways and the interstate, attend a favorite sporting event at Arco Arena, or a concert at the symphony, in just minutes. Discovery Park, just a few blocks away, is a great place to enjoy the sunny beaches where the American and Sacramento Rivers meet.(1299/1000:st)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size with an attractive brown colour marble floor and decorated with flowers and chandeliers by the sitting area.
- Location - The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city off Interstate Highway 5. It is surrounded by five great restaurants and is close to Old Sacramento, downtown and riverfront areas, which offer scenic and historic restaurants and shops.
- Restaurant - No restaurant in the hotel.
- Rooms - The guest rooms are very modern, newly redecorated in the pastel range, and feature special amenities, including coffee makers, HBO. The bathrooms are medium in size and in a good condition.
