- Exterior - The inn is a modern two story motor style property. Rooms open to outside corridors.
- General - The hotel is just two blocks from the famous Morro Bay Rock, the Pacific Ocean, unique downtown shops and restaurants.
- Lobby - The lobby is large in size and decorated with a beach theme.
- Location - The hotel is located on the Central Coast of California in the small fishing town of Morro Bay. Hearst Castle is 30 minutes south and its' location is halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco on the scenic Pacific Coast Highway.
- Restaurant - No restaurant on-site. A variety of restauarants are just a short walk away.
- Rooms - Rooms are very large and modern, decorated in green and pastel colors. They are equipped with all modern amenities. The bathrooms are medium in size and in good condition.
