- Lobby - The lobby is large with an abundance of fresh flowers and greenery, slate floor and trellis greenery to bring the outdoor garden inside. This theme continues to the Japanese rooftop garden.
- Location - The hotel is located in downtown Los Angeles close to museums, Little Tokyo, Chinatown, the Financial district and City Hall.
- Restaurant - There are 3 restaurants offering California-American cuisine, Japanese cuisine and Teppanyaki grills and seafood. Two bars are located on-site.
