- Exterior - The hotel is located on the historic ocean liner that made its final voyage in 1967.
- General - Registered guests can receive a self-guided shipwalk tour. Helicopter and ferry services depart from beside the Queen Mary to Catalina Island.
- Lobby - The lobby is accessible by elevator from the blue canopy at ground level.
- Location - The hotel is located in Long Beach on the Rainbow Habor. Nearby attractions include an aquarium, the convention center, shopping on Pine Street or Shoreline Village, and a visitor information center.
- Restaurant - The hotel has more then four restaurants ranging from elegant to casual dining. Fast food restaurants are also on the premises.
- Rooms - Ocean and land views can be seen from port and starboard rooms on the ship. Rooms vary in size in accordance to their location on the ship.
