- Exterior - This is a modern white building with red windows, quite visible from far away.
- General - A 2 star hotel considered a good tourist class property. It is not centrally located, but fast public transport leads directly to the centre of Paris. (0201PM)
- Lobby - It is medium in size. The decor is modern in style with pastel colours. The lobby leads to the bar area, a welcoming place where guests can enjoy a drink in a relaxing atmosphere.
- Location - The hotel is located in the northern suburbs of Paris, close to Le Bourget airport and 10 minutes drive from Charles de Gaulle Airport. For central Paris guests should take the R.E.R line D1 (direction Orry-la-Ville) until Sarcelles station and then the bus no 333.
- Restaurant - The "Veranda" is a pleasant place, big enough for 150 people. Guests can enjoy good french cuisine in a simple but attractive place.
- Rooms - They are small in size and in good condition. Most have a bath but several double rooms only have a shower. The decor is modern in style with wooden furniture.
