- Exterior - A traditional building which over the years has retained its grandeur.
- General - The hotel has a very good reputation in Zurich, especially for its restaurants though some of the rooms could be in better shape. 0101SF
- Lobby - The small lobby area is very charming with warm dark colours blending well with the traditional furniture.
- Location - This hotel has a prime location as it is situated on the world famous 'Bahnhofstrasse', home to most of Zurich's banks and prestigious jewellers.
- Restaurant - If you are looking for a hotel with a wide variety of cuisine, this is a hotel to try. The hotel boasts 4 different restaurants, which will definitely have something to suit everybody's taste. Choices range from caviar and oysters to the casual 'Cafe', which opens out onto the busy street attracting shoppers wanting to stop for a coffee and croissant.
- Rooms - Rooms vary in size from small to large. They are all individually designed and blend both traditional and modern styles. However, some rooms could benefit from being redecorated. The bathrooms are old fashioned, but in good condition.
