- Exterior - This is a modern building, designed with the traditional Swiss chalet in mind which shows in the gently sloping roof and balconies in the front.
- General - This modern but stylish hotel comes highly recommended, its official 03star category defies the real quality of this excellent hotel. 0200/0101SF
- Lobby - The lobby is medium sized with an attractive slate floor and polished wooden reception desk. There is also an open fireplace which gives it a friendly, homely atmosphere.
- Location - The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Zermatt and within easy walking distance of all local amenities and only about 03 mins from the station.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the ground floor and is decorated in a modern interpretation of traditional Swiss style.
- Rooms - The rooms vary a little in size, but are medium sized on average. They are decorated in modern colourschemes with dark blue carpets and white walls. The furniture is of a very high standard. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in exceptional condition.
