- Exterior - The hotel is quite modern, but is built in typical Swiss chalet style with pale wooden balconies and colourful flower boxes.
- General -
- Lobby - The lobby is very small, but cosy and welcoming, there is a charming hotel bar adjoining it.
- Location - The hotel is located at the top end of Zermatt just a 10 min walk from the station, close to the ski lift station.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is just off the lobby and is simple in style with high quality, solid furniture. 0700/0101SF
- Rooms - The rooms are small to medium sized, but they are in exceptional condition as are the modern bathrooms. Many rooms have balconies, some with fabulous views of the Matterhorn due to the hotel's elevated position. The rooms are charmingly decorated with rustic Swiss furniture.
