- Exterior - This is a modern hotel designed in a traditional Swiss style with some interesting unconventional architectural details that reflect todays art nouveau ideas.
- General - This superb family run hotel enjoys an excellent location and offers a high level of service. It is a highly recommended property. 0101SF
- Lobby - The small lobby is bright and welcoming.
- Location - The hotel is situated, overlooking the mountain river that flows through the town. It is conveniently close to the charming shopping centre of Zermatt.
- Restaurant - The main restaurant serves a fine selection of gourmet standard Italian food and is particularly noted for its superb fish dishes. The hotel also has a Japanese restaurant which is very popular in the area. The cosy hotel bar is located beside the reception and is decorated with rich green plants and heavy drapes which help to make it so atmospheric.
- Rooms - The sumptuous rooms are medium sized and in exceptional condition. They have been decorated in soft colours in a modern but rather rustic style. All rooms have beautiful hand carved woodwork and most have spectacular views of the Matterhorn. The modern bathrooms are all in exceptional condition.
