Hotel Reports
- Exterior - The hotel has an simple facade consisting mainly of balconies.
- General - Recommended for groups who demand a 4star hotel with spacious rooms on a tight budget and do not mind the slightly old fashioned decor. 0898/0101SF
- Lobby - The lobby is medium sized and traditional in style. The reception desk on the left is surprising small, but there is plentiful seating. The furniture is rather old fashioned which dilutes the excellent impression given by the hotel's location.
- Location - This hotel is located in a very peaceful spot a short drive from the centre of Weggis directly on the edge of lake Lucerne with spectacular views over the water and beyond to the alps.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the ground floor and is a large, elegant room with one side being a full length windows with lake view. Again, the furniture is a little outdated in style, but the cuisine is good. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is directly next to the main building.
- Rooms - The rooms are all slightly different in style, but are also rather old fashioned and could really do with some renovation. They are, however, large and clean and almost all have balconies commanding beautiful views over the lake. The rooms and the rather small bathrooms are in fair condition.
