- Exterior - The hotel has recently undergone refurbishment and is traditional.
- General - This hotel is of a very high standard and combines some beautiful traditional furnishings in its public areas with very modern and comfortable rooms. 0798/0101SF
- Lobby - The lobby is small and leads to a spacious lounge with a regal feel dating back to 1896.
- Location - The hotel is centrally located on a hillside - a superb location with beautiful views of lake and mountains.
- Restaurant - The restaurant seats 50 pax and is the main restaurant for all meals enjoying views of lake. There is also a bar for those wishing to indulge.Both are decorated in traditional style.
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size, but most are medium in size. The condition of rooms vary also, with 90% in very good condition, however, there are still 10 rooms which are not yet refurbished. The renovated rooms are beautifully decorated in a modern style and some have balconies with views over the lake. The bathrooms are also up-to-date and in good condition.
