- General - This hotel has a lot to offer and although the location is not central, the standard and quality of service are truly impressive. 0498/0101SF
- Lobby - The medium sized lobby is quite modern in design.
- Location - This hotel is located next to the small airport and is a short drive from the town. Situated within the green belt area of Lugano, it is easily accessible by road.
- Restaurant - The hotel offers a wide choice of high quality food and it is possible to dine 'al fresco'. The hotel also has a lively bar which is popular with guests and locals alike.
- Rooms - The rooms have all the modern facilities that one would expect of a first class property. The rooms vary slightly in size and design, but the majority are medium sized and in good condition. Most rooms are quite modern and have been decorated in soft shades. The bathrooms are all in good condition.
