Hotel Reports
- Exterior - The hotel has a traditional white exterior and is situated in a pleasant garden which is kept in excellent condition throughout the year. The complex consists of four separate buildings. Three of the buildings remain historical in appearance, whereas the main building (which houses the lobby) is modern.
- General - As mentioned above it should be noted that we book 3 star rooms at this hotel, though the hotel is more widely known as a four star and offers four star levels of service. 0300/0101/0901RY
- Lobby - The lobby is small and in traditional English style.
- Location - The hotel is located roughly 2 kilometres from the city centre but there is regular public transport to the city centre and station which takes 10 minutes. The hotel faces lake Lucerne and mount Pilatus.
- Restaurant - The hotel boasts two restaurants which have recently been refurbished in typical Swiss style using lots of wood in their decor. They serve International dishes as well as Swiss specialities.
- Rooms - Rooms in the main building are medium sized and in very good condition as are the bathrooms. The hotel also has rooms in one of the traditional annexe buildings which are smaller and only in good condition, though arguably rather more charming than those in the modern main building - these are the rooms we offer at this hotel.
