- Exterior - This is one of the older hotels in town and this is evident from its traditional facade, which has recently been renovated.
- General - This grand establishment has a lot of character and offers an excellent standard of service and facilities.0203RY
- Lobby - The large lobby has a grand appearance, and is decorated in traditional style with antique furniture and chandeliers. This area leads into an extensive lounge decorated in the same vogue.
- Location - This hotel is located a few metres from the lakeside about 10 minutes walk into Lucerne's charming old town.
- Restaurant - There are a couple of dining rooms which are opulantly decorated, one of which overlooks the lake.
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size, from medium-sized to large. The majority of the rooms have been fully renovated and feature bold modern colour schemes, imaginatively mixed with original traditional features, and attractive, high quality furniture. Rooms are all in exceptional condition, as are the bathrooms.
