- Exterior - The exterior of the building is traditional in style.
- General -
- Lobby - The small lobby is quite modern and simply decorated.
- Location - This hotel is centrally located next to the station, congress hall and close to the lake of Lucerne, the chapel bridge and shopping area.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a very good Italian restaurant which is authentically decorated and serves delicious specialities. The proprietor also owns the Greek restaurant just across the road. 060498
- Rooms - The rooms vary greatly in size and shape, but are on the small side. They are all quite basic in standard. Some even have unusual lay-outs as the bathroom is the first room upon entering. The bathrooms are generally small. Both rooms and bathrooms are really only fair in condition.
