- Lobby - The lobby is small but colourful and welcoming and opens up onto a large modern lounge area.
- Location - This hotel is located a short distance from the city centre, in a quiet residential area and just opposite the congress centre.
- Restaurant - There is no restaurant in the hotel, but on request, meals can be arranged at a local restaurant.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are medium sized and in very good condition. They are all decorated in neutral shades and in quite a modern style. The bathrooms are in good condition.
