- Exterior - The exterior of the hotel is truly impressive and as the name suggests, itresembles a palace. In keeping with the traditional grandeur of the exterior, the interior is also very grand.
- General - This is a beautiful, traditional hotel with excellent decor, offering a superbstandard of service.
- Lobby - The lobby is large and impressive with beautiful traditional furniture andmarble columns which combine to create a regal scene.
- Location - This hotel is situated by the lake, surrounded by magnificent parklands andoverlooking the Alps. It is also conveniently located close to the railwaystation.
- Restaurant - There is a French 'brasserie' style restaurant as well as an international restaurant which offers gourmet dishes and has magnificent views of the lake and mountains. In addition, the hotel has a grill restaurant beside the swimmimg pool, serving light snacks.
- Rooms - The hotel rooms are individually styled with elegant furniture and furnishings.
