Hotel Reports
- Exterior - The building is in typical chalet style with colourful flower baskets and carved woodwork.
- General - This simple two star comes recommended for travellers on a budget who nonetheless appreciate simple homely comfort. RY0301
- Lobby - The small lobby is very simple, reception being nothing more than a table, but its warm decor and friendly staff should make guests feel at home straight away.
- Location - This hotel is located near the centre of Interlaken about 10mins walk from the "West" station.
- Restaurant - Breakfast is served in a simple, typically Swiss style breakfast room with red and white checked tablecloths and heavy wood tables and chairs. The hotel also has another typical Swiss restaurant which is popular with local people.
- Rooms - The rooms are small and cosy. The ceilings are low due to the age of the building, and the decor and furnishings are plain and simple, but perfectly comfortable. Although they are not in the most up-to-date style the rooms and their bathrooms are in good condition on the whole.
