- Exterior - The exterior of the building is modern in design.
- General - This hotel is suitable for all guests. It is in an excellent location, and offers friendly service as well as a very good level of comfort for a hotel of its standard. 0101SF
- Lobby - The lobby is small and narrow but warmly decorated with a small seating area to one side.
- Location - The hotel is situated directly opposite Interlaken West railway station and in the heart of the main shopping area of the Interlaken.
- Restaurant - The hotel has quite a large terrace restaurant where guests can dine when the weather is fine as well as another snack restaurant inside which is popular with the locals. The other restaurant is situated towards the back of the hotel. It is decorated in a more elegant style but maintains the traditional Swiss feel which prevails throughout. The food served in all the restaurants is a combination of of Swiss and European.
- Rooms - The medium sized rooms are decorated in neutral shades with wooden furnishings in a traditional Swiss style. They are all in very good condition. The bathrooms, although rather small are in good condition and quite modern in design.
