- Exterior - The exterior of the hotel is well maintained and is built in typical Swiss style and character.
- General - This hotel has one of the best locations in town and is quaint and traditional. 0498/0101SF/0801SF
- Lobby - The small lobby doubles as the hotel bar. The decor is very traditional with a regal colour scheme. Antique furniture and ornaments adorn the area, together with chandeliers and old paintings which create a homely, relaxed atmosphere.
- Location - This is a completely family owned and run hotel which overlooks the main street with its many souvenir shops. It is just a short walk from Interlaken West railway station.
- Restaurant - There are two restaurants in the hotel serving both international and local specialities at reasonable prices in a relaxed setting.
- Rooms - The medium sized rooms are traditional in style. They are in good condition and offer all the facilities one would expect from a hotel of this standard.They also vary considerably in style and decor. The bathrooms are in good condition.
