- Exterior - The exterior of the hotel is traditional and of chalet type architecture which is very well maintained.
- General - The hotel comes highly recommended. 0101SF
- Lobby - The small lobby is traditional in style with lots of wooden touches.
- Location - This hotel overlooks one of the parks of Interlaken and is only a short walk from Interlaken East railway station and the main shopping area.
- Restaurant - The hotel's restaurant is decorated with a lot of ornate wooden beams and furniture and serves typically Swiss food of an extremely high standard.
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size and shape but on average, they are medium sized. The rooms also vary in style. The hotel has a small percentage of superior rooms which are quite modern and of a first class standard. The majority of rooms are three star standard. They are decorated in a more rustic style and are in very good condition. The bathrooms too are in very good condition.
