- Exterior - This is a purpose built hotel with a modern exterior that has some character,as effort has been made to make it look traditional and to blend in with it'ssurroundings.
- General - This family run hotel pays a lot of attention to personal service with ''no frills'. 02feb 93
- Lobby - The interior is also modern with a reception area that although it is small, itis adequate, and comfortably furnished. Over the years the hotel has invested a lot of money in upgrading it's public areas and it's rooms and this is very evident.
- Location - This hotel is located next to the Chalet Oberland in a small residential area,only a short walk from the main railway station.
- Restaurant - The hotel's restaurant offers international cuisine at reasonable prices in a very comfortable setting.
- Rooms - Although the rooms vary a lot, they are all comfortable and medium sizedand are also well maintained.
