Hotel Reports
- Exterior - The exterior of the building is traditional and rather quaint.
- General - This hotel has certainly seen better days, but nonetheless has an unmistakable charm. Its energetic new management is busy restoring the hotel to its former glory. 0402RY
- Lobby - The medium sized lobby is quite informal in style and reminiscent of a turn of the century living room. A large modern reception desk contracts together with pieces of elegant period furniture, creating a comfortable lounge where guests can relax.
- Location - This hotel is situated in the older, more picturesque part of town, overlooking the river are and only a short walk from Interlaken West railway station and the main shopping area.
- Restaurant - The hotel dining room is large and airy. It is quite traditional with its high ceilings, wooden floor and chandeliers.
- Rooms - The rooms vary considerably in size from very small to large and are all individually furnished, some with old fashioned sinks. They are in fair condition and could do with some renovation. The bathrooms are in good condition, but could also do with a little freshening up.
