Hotel Reports
- Exterior - The exterior of the hotel is in chalet style, and although it is old it is very well maintained.
- General - This is a simple hotel with pleasenat public areas - but bedrooms could be up-dated. 060798
- Lobby - In keeping with the exterior of the building, the interior is also traditional with a small sized lobby and a lounge with ample seating. These areas are very homely as wooden beams and traditional furnishings have been used in their decor.
- Location - This hotel, which is family owned and run, overlooks the lake and is only 15 minutes from Luzern town. The area in which it is set is superb and very peaceful, but is still accessible to the main motorway leading to Luzern.
- Restaurant - During the summer there is a large terrace restaurant at the rear of the hotel which serves mainly barbecues and overlooks the lake of Luzern. There is also a more traditionally styled restaurant in the building which offers a high standard of cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms vary a lot, and are quite basic in style and design. They have all the facilities that one would expect of a hotel of this standard, but could benefit from some refurbishment. The bathrooms are in fair condition.
