- Lobby - The interior of the hotel is in contrast with the exterior as it is quite traditional in style but with some modern touches. The lobby is small but adequate and has been decorated in a Swiss style.
- Location - This hotel is located in the heart of Grindelwald amidst beautiful scenery and within easy walking distance of the railway station.
- Restaurant - The hotel has 02 restaurants which offer a wide variety of international and traditional dishes in rustic settings.
- Rooms - The medium sized rooms are pleasantly decorated in a traditional style with light or dark wooden furniture. The rooms are in very good condition as are the bathrooms.
