- Exterior - This is a modern hotel and, though attractive, is not typical of the local architecture.
- General - This is arguably the best hotel in Grindelwald and comes highly recommended for the discerning individual traveller for whom high quality and excellent service is more important than rustic charm. RY1202
- Lobby - The lobby is large and modern.
- Location - This hotel is located in the centre of Grindelwald just above the small main street which goes through the village.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is also decorated in modern style and has an excellent reputation.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and in exceptional condition. They are decorated in contemporary style with warm colourschemes and high quality wooden furniture. Many rooms enjoy stunning uninterrupted views of the magnificent Mount Eiger. The sizeable bathrooms are also in exceptional condition.
