- Exterior - This is a modern style block with no prominent features to note.
- General - This is a very comfortable apartment house due to the recent refrbishments which took place. 060798
- Lobby - The modern lobby is small incorporating some comfortable seating with modern decor.
- Location - This apartment house is located on the left bank in a quiet area close to the business district, and near to the lake and shopping centre. It is 05 minutes from the station by bus.
- Restaurant - There is a small breakfast room which is fairly simple in style.
- Rooms - The studios and apartments have all been recently redecorated in light pastel colours and wooden furniture, and are therefore in very good condition. The studios are medium sized whereas the apartments are larger as they consist of more rooms. The bathrooms are in good condition, but not as modern as the rooms.
