- Exterior - The hotel has a modern, fairly nondescript facade painted a warm pink.
- General - 0200/0101SF
- Lobby - The lobby is small and simple but welcoming.
- Location - The hotel is located in centre of the charming little town of Fluelen on the southern tip of lake Lucerne. The lake itself is only about 30 metres from the hotel.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the ground floor and is decorated in simple, solid Swiss rustic style.
- Rooms - The rooms are all small and vary somewhat in style since the hotel actually consists of three buildings knocked into one. All are fairly basic with neutral colourschemes and simple, functional furniture. Many enjoy lovely lake views.Both the rooms and the simple bathrooms are in fair condition and could ideally do with some light renovation.
