- Exterior - The exterior of the building is eleagnt and traditional and it blends in very well with the beautiful Bernese old town surrounding it.
- General - This hotel is perfect for individuals on a budget and comes highly recommended. 0998/0101
- Lobby - The lobby of the hotel is medium sized. A lot of wood has been used in its decor making it very appealing to the eye.
- Location - This hotel is located right in the centre of Bern between the Kaefigturn and Waisenhausplatz.
- Restaurant - Guests who book on a half board basis eat at the sister hotel, the Kreuz which is located just over the road.
- Rooms - The rooms are mainly small to medium in size (they vary quite considerably) and are in good condition, with simply designed modern furniture and decor. The bathrooms are in fair condition.
