- General - This family run hotel is situated in the centre of Basel, just in front of the Swiss trade fair, close to the railway station . The exterior of the buiding is modern. The lobby is fairly small and plain. All the bedrooms are of a reasonable size and although fairly basic, are clean and offer a sufficient standard of comfort. The rooms are decorated in a simple but pleasant fashion. The hotel restaurant offers a variety of French and Italian food in comfortable surroundings. This hotel is particularly suited to individuals and provides friendly service along with an adequate level of facilities for a hotel of its standard. 18 jul 95
