- Lobby - Lobby is fairly small and all available space is used to the full. This can make it feel a little cramped along the corridors and in the lobby Area, but on the whole the hotel is fairly typical of other suburban Scandic properties in Sweden.
- Location - -the Scandic is located next to a major intersection of the highway which connects the town of Sundsvall to its airport.
- Restaurant - Restaurant is very simple in its layout and decor the furniture is a simple mix of woods.
- Rooms - Bedrooms Are of good condition, of small size and standard twin design the decor used is dark brown.
