- Location - The hotel is situated in downtown Malmo, close to the train station and harbour.
- Restaurant - The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but there is served light meals in the lobby bar.
- Rooms - The rooms a new renovated, designed in a nice warm scandinavian style.All are medium in size and in good condition.
