- Lobby - The lobby area is quite plain in decoration but has a contemporary look. Colours used are relaxing and pastel.
- Location - Strategically located between the airport and the Sondika Technology Park, the hotel is also close to the Guggenheim Museum.
- Restaurant - There is a restaurant available where guests can sample the fantastic Basque cuisine and txacoli wine.
- Rooms - There are 84 junior suites all with air-conditioning, mini bar, satellite television and all comforts.
